For sure the best pose to start using the base's arms to support all the weight of the flyer. As the Front Plank (see post) is the first pose focused on the base's legs, that almost everyone did for the first time, this one would be the equivalent for the arms. To come into the pose, the best way would be with the flyer standing between the base and slowly coming won until base's hand and moving little by little the weight into the straight arms of the base. Very important: the line of the base's arms, they need to be completely straight, otherwise the base will need arm's strength out of many personal boundaries. As a more difficult entry and exit would be from Front Bird (see post) into Floating Bound Front Bird and back the same way.
