The key here is to have the base's arm on the chest of the flyer to be completely stretch from the beginning, this what with a completely staged point of contact, it is going to be much easier with the other arm to lift the rest of the body of the flyer. One hand is in the middle of the body just below the chest, the second one is a bit above the flyer's ankle. A nice help is when the flyer steps up on to the knee of the base, that way it is easier to reach for a straight arm of the base.
Once in the knees position, it is possible to go into a standing Superman. Flyers can choose their favourite arms position, and very important flyers need to be completely engaged in the whole body.
