A great pose to start with AcroYoga, because it is relatively easy to perform and at the same time it looks really cool in the pictures. Besides that, it can be at the beginning a great pose to go into other ones as for example Throne (see post). And even for further practice can be a great pose to build in the flows and connect to other poses as RF2H or as the exit of the flow into a handstand.
