It could look similar to the Tiger Curl or Half Frog, but this pose is a bit more challenging. This is because the base has two of the three points of contact are the hands instead of the legs, and this makes it more challenging since the arms' stability usually is more difficult and later developed than one of the legs. Start from Front Plank (see post) and get step by step constructing the pose.
