As with Half Frog (see post), this pose is perfect for beginners but as well great for warming up for more advanced acroyogis. We usually include it at the beginning of our practice, and in this case we go for several Tiger Curls on both sides, we assure you that you will be ready for flying everything! As well a very good calibration for arms and legs!
