An easy pose to get from the beginning, probably a very good pose after your first Front Plank (see post). In that one, you will start to play without four-point of contact, and changing the weight to only three. As well it is a very good warm-up pose to include in your flow when you start the practice. Even though you have an advanced exercise practice, this pose can be a calibration exercise for the base and a good stretching for the flyer.
