Supported Shoulderstand & variations (AcroYoga Biblio)

Updated: Nov 19, 2020

A good way to start practising with the arms ob the base holding most of the weight of the flyer. The arms of the flyer serve as stability and depending on the sizes differences will the hands of the flyer higher or lower place. A good way to come in and out of the pose is through Front Bird (see post).

In this case, we have for you two different variations:

  • Supported Shoulderstand

  • Supported Shoulderstand open Legs

  • Supported Shoulderstand on Knees

  • Supported Shoulderstand on Knees Scorpion
