This is one of this poses that is much easier to do in acroyoga as in yoga. Even though as a flyer you still have some effort to perform. The base needs to strengthen the arms and give the necessary stability to the flyer. To come into the pose you can do it just from the floor, standing in the middle of the base or another opportunity would be from Stag (see post).
