Ninja & variations (AcroYoga Biblio)

Again one of the first poses to do in your beginner practise or to warm up in you have a more advanced practice. And as well it looks really great in the pictures. Best way to come in and out is from Straddle Throne (see post), from there you can do it by both hands contact or by holding one leg of the flyer with one arm, the second one would be a bit more difficult.
