In this pose will be the technique and strength of base arms. Therefore it is a very good one to start testing the arms of the base before starting in more complicated and challenging poses that require full use of base arms. This pose will as well depend on the intensity of flyers inverted seated forward fold. A good way to come in is from Straddle Bat (see post) or Back Bird.
