As hard as it may look, this pose with the right placement of the hands and a strong Camel pose from the flyer will give you a lot of fun. A good way to come in and out of the pose is from Whale (see post). If the flyer does not reach to the heels, do not worry, go step by step, and practice will bring you to the right place. Good training for it is to calibrate the pose on the floor by doing the Camel yoga pose.
