Foot to Shin F2S & variations (AcroYoga Biblio)

Updated: Sep 23, 2020

ne of the firsts poses and variations to practice. Really easy and satisfying to link in a flow with Front Plank (see post) and/or Throne (see post).

Regarding the naming of the acroyoga poses, on this stage of the practice, it is already good to explain it a bit more. The abbreviations as for example F2S, are referring to the contact and/or grip that is being done in the pose. The first letter is always related to the part of the body of the flyer and the second letter the one of the base. That means in this example we have:

F + 2 + S

foot of the flyer + to + shin of the base

In this case, we have for you two variations (more coming soon):

  • F2S Mountain

  • F2S Chair

  • F2S Chair Twist

  • F2S Forward Bend
