This one will for sure challenge the balance and stability of the base. To come in and out, you can just do it from Throne Twist and slowly taking the other leg until finding the position. Bases' legs are probably more to the thighs in order to compensate the knee's weight of the flyer. Once in the pose try to relax as much as you can, and if possible you can try even to meditate!
