This one will for sure challenge the balance and stability of the base. To come in and out, you can just do it from Throne Twist and slowly take the other leg until finding the position. Bases' feet are closer to the thighs in order to compensate for the weight of the flyer's knees. Flyer make sure that you are able to do a lotus pose on the ground before doing it flying. Once in the pose try to relax as much as you can, and if possible you can try even to meditate!
