A good pose to start the way into more intermediate standing poses. The entry to the pose can be done from base squatting and flyer going the stairs up. Or alternatively, the base can really squat down until the arms are placed into the armpit elbows of the flyer and then using the strength to stand up completely up.
The main goal here for the base is to stay with the arms as straight as possible, once gotten this line it will be easier to stay into the pose. For the flyer depending on the flexibility, the wide legged forward fold can be shorter or longer.
