One of the easiest and coolest standing poses to start your way up from the floor. Very important that the base chairs down enough to give an horizontal base to the flyer. Flyer can opt for two positions: holding from the quadriceps or from the hands, as for example a forearm grip.
An easy way to come into the pose would be flyer in front of base. From there with a little jump and enough pull of the base, move towards the quadriceps of the base.
