A good pose to include in your practice when you have Throne (see post) into your flow. It is good to practices it at the beginning since the speed of your practice will be not so fast and then you can use the first minutes of your practice to really stretch the muscles and start moving. It is as well a great way to practice with balance and start getting comfortable with your partner.
