A great pose that will challenge the strength of the abs of the flyer. A good wat to come into the pose would be from Back Bird (see post). From there the base needs to pay with the feet, giving enough stability in the lower back of the flyer. Let's say it is the pre-pose of the full Boat (see post). To make it funnier or harder, the flyer can progress with the timing on the pose. Another wat to come out would be instead of Boat, to enter into a Reverse Supported Shoulderstand.
