One of the first poses for the so-called therapeutic fleying, an important part of AcroYoga. Enter from Folded Leaf, the base main job is to stretch the spine of the flyer by pushing into different directions legs and arms. Flyers main job is to relax and communicate with the partner if the stretch is enough. while going out of these poses, better with control and calm, until the flyer recovers all blood in the head.
