Probably the easiest or one of them to have the base on a standing position and starting to give the flyer enough stability and confidence to go to another height. To come in and out, the base squads down receives the flyer into one shoulder and when ready lifts all the weight up. From up there,receive the flyer can look for the nice plank line.
