Shin to Forearms (AcroYoga Biblio)
A good pose to add to your arm’s flows. To come in, just do it from a Piked Iron Cross: look for the grip shin to 4 arms and base move legs to flyer’s shoulder blades to offer support until flyer goes slowly and controlled in the pose. To come out, use the same way. The flyer can use many different arms variations, in this case, is the eagle, but feel free and creative to create your own variation!
