Reverse Front Bird (AcroYoga Biblio)
It can be felt a bit strange to perform it but trust us when we say that this pose is present in many flows and washing machines. Therefore, there are multiple ways to come in and out of the pose. Base’s feet need to be covering the flyer’s hip bone, but not overpassing to much otherwise the flyer will be not able to hold the whole pose.
