A fantastic pose for practising and improving for more challenging H2H poses. Not only the balance and staging of base's arms but as well as good training for the correct H2H grip. If you are working in H2H or even if is your first time, the H2H Firefly is a perfect pose to start trying this challenging but rewarding grip. To start easier, the flyer can place the feet on the forearms of the base, placing as less wright as possible in this area and most of it in the hands. From there, the pose can be built easier and step by step.
