A tricky pose, even if you have a solid Star pose, in this one base and flyer will have to work to the last milimiter to hold the pose for longer time. Very important is the point of contact of not just the feet of the base but as well the lower part of the shin, where the flyer will push with her head to get the third point of contact. Flyer need to made her best to find the right balance. Start with hands contact and release slowly, step by step, after the flyer fills comfortable to go into the full pose.
