This standing pose for the flyer will challenge the balance of both and as well the strength from the base. Getting the right position of the arms, with the correct lines will make for the base an easy job. A good start for poses that requires the arms of the base. To challenge it more, the flyer can play with the weight from one side to the other, until even lifting completely one foot.
