Foot to Foot F2F & variations (AcroYoga Biblio)

A different kind of pose, the height of the flyer probably will be the main constraint to do the pose. Because once found the alignment between legs of base and flyer, and having the proper placement of the feet, this poses can be very fun to play with! Once set the pose, important is that base keep squeezing the legs inwards and give the confidence and stability that the flyer needs in order to do the different variations. It is very recommended to try this poses at least at the beginning with a spotter, this way the confidence can easier and faster build.
