Fish (AcroYoga Biblio)

Equivalent in shape for the flyer as teh fish yoga pose, but completelythe different to do since different muscles are used. A very easy and good way to come in is from the One Legged Bridge (see post).

Remember to practise always with safety and if possible with a spotter and/or teacher! And of course: keep practising and enjoying!
