Beautiful and intense pose for the flyer. Key here again is communication between both partners. To come in you can just do it from the floor, giving your back as a flyer to the base. The base can use the hands to grab the flyer's arm and make it easy to come into the pose. Once there you can fo many other poses that requires the similar strength and flexibility skills, as for example: Bridge (see post), One Legged Bridge (see post), etc.
