Shin to Hands (AcroYoga Biblio)

A tricky pose mainly to go into it, the best way for it is that flyer uses the base legs to have the stabilization and then go step by step into the pose. The grip should be somewhere in the middle of the shin, that way the flyer can have a flat and stable ground. If you want to try other flyer poses, like camel or egale pose, the grip has to be slightly different to compensate the change of weight of the flyer.
