An easy pose, that when lines are right, it can look really nice in the pictures. If you want to challenge yourself a bit, both flyer and base can move one side of the body to the front (or back for the other partner) and then the opposite direction. Alternating all the time the direction of both sides of the body. Great way to warm up and do some aerobic exercise.
