For sure a very intense workout for the flyer. The base needs basically to focus on bringing the lines to the legs and balancing the weight of the flyer. The flyer really needs to put effort to get and maintain the pose. Legs variation open to your creativity. There are different ways to come in, as for example from Reverse Star, but for the first tries, we recommend you starting from the floor and jumping into the pose.
