About the Pose

The last variation of this F2S pose, in this case, is not just a balancing pose but as well a deep stretch for the flyer!


In this case, we have for you 4 variations:

  • F2S Mountain: (click here)

  • F2S Chair: (click here)

  • F2S Chair Twist: (click here)

  • F2S Forward Fold: flyer go as far as your body allows you, it should feel comfortable. Base keeps holding the flyer's feet and if you feel really secure, you can grab the flyer's shoulders to deepen the stretch (only if your flyer feels comfortable with it)
