Probably the main therapeutical flying pose, from that pose base can from massage the back and head of the flyer, to do any kind of twists, stretching of the spine, etc. To come into the pose, simply from Front Bird (see post) base brings the feet to the sides, just above the hip bone of the flyer. That way with help of the arms of the base, the flyer can slowly bend over. To come out, you could join it with the Prasarita Twist (see post) or just help flyer to come out the same way you came in. If you hold the Folded Leaf for a long time, make sure that when you come out, the flyer has enough time and grounding to recover all blood circulation.
