An intense pose for the flyer, since the feet of the base, will press the flyer into a hard backbend. Therefore important is the communication between both partners to get the right degree of stretches. It can be counted as a therapeutical flying pose. To come in into the pose you can just do it from Back Bird (see post) and to come out you could go for example for a Reverse Supported Shoulderstand.
