About the Pose

Add an extra challenge to your Throne, once Throne Twist is well performed! Cool pose to meditate?!


This one will for sure be a challenge to the balance and stability of the base. To come in and out, you can just do it from Throne Twist (click here) and slowly take the other leg until finding the position.


Flyer make sure that you are able to do a lotus pose on the ground before doing it flying. Once in the pose try to relax as much as you can, and if possible you can try even to meditate!


Bases' feet are closer to the thighs in order to compensate for the weight of the flyer's knees.
