About the Pose

A nice variation for your Throne, in this case, the flyer will feel a nice and sweet spine twist!


A good pose to include in your practice when you have Throne (click here) into your flow. It is good to practice it at the beginning since the speed of your practice will be not so fast and then you can use the first minutes of your practice to really stretch the muscles and start moving. It is as well a great way to practice balance and start getting comfortable with your partner.


Flyer: slow movements, communicate which side are you going to twist first and go deep into the pose as far as it feels nice!


Base: be aware of the change of weight of your flyer, and keep a solid and steady legs / base to create confidence to your flyer.
