About the Pose

A beautiful variation, not just for the pictures, but as well for the flyer to feel even more like really flying and let go to overpass your fears!


Same steps as in Whale (click here), for entry and exit of the pose. Once you are in Whale, proper communication (usually the base squeezes the best flyers' leg to be released).


Flyer make sure to shift slowly and control your weight to the side that you agreed. With your free leg, you can either look with the toes to the other knee or just lift it as far as you can (more difficult from the point of balance).


Base release one arm, do not worry, most of the weight is still on your legs. With your free arm, you can just leave it on the floor or join your other hand supporting the flyers leg with both hands.
