About the Pose

A middle way to the full Ninja (click here)! If you are not feeling stable enough yet, this is your way to go to train for Ninja! Remember every master had his beginnings!


From Straddle Throne, the flyer releases one of the legs and stretches it fully. Base compensates for the change of weight in the flyer’s bend leg.
