About the Pose
An easy pose to get from the beginning, probably a very good pose after your first Front Plank. In that one, you will start to play without four-point contact, changing the weight to only three. It is also a perfect warm-up pose to include in your flow when you start the practice. Even though you have advanced exercise practice, this pose can be a calibration exercise for the base and a good stretching for the flyer, mainly flyers’ quads.
➕ Base feet just above flyers’ knee, focus on keeping hands in contact stag. Stay as long as needed in the pose and remember to do both sides.
