Beach Vinyasa Flow

This yoga practice is great for a tired body and a busy mind. Great to calm the nervous system and do a little energetic hygiene as you relieve anxiety and stress from the body. Connect to your breath and take some time for YOU.

 

In this class we move from one pose to the other creating a sequence and focusing to build a strong, healthy, and balanced body.

Flexibility training is an important aspect of gaining strength preventing injury and having a better posture.

In this class, we will hold different poses for a certain amount of time and also use breath techniques to get you deeper into the pose, perfect to increase your flexibility

30 Days Into Yoga 

This course was created for you to get started step by step and to show you what to focus on at the beginning. You will have the chance to ask questions along the way, also you will have live Q&As with me, or even the opportunity to reserve private video calls where we can focus only on your progress.

In this class, we will focus on you and your goals!

Retreats 

We created this retreat to help you get into your first steps of Acro Yoga or even to deepening your practice and your relationship with your favorite human.

 

 

Setting fundamental techniques, like flying, basing, and spotting techniques, which will help you get your basics knowledge, but also your most important steps to start off with Yoga Fly.

So that you can play safe with others or even introduce it to your friends and family.

We will bring the Yoga poses from the ground up into the Air or better said on to your feet ;)
