Start with Yoga
This class is a great choice not just if you are new to yoga but would like to know poses more in detail. How they benefit you, and how to look for the right alignment. In this class, we will take a bit more time and go step by step through the sequence.
This yoga practice is great for a tired body and a busy mind. Great to calm the nervous system and do a little energetic hygiene as you relieve anxiety and stress from the body.
In this class we move from one pose to the other creating a sequence and focusing to build a strong, healthy, and balanced body.
Flex & Relax
Flexibility training is an important aspect of gaining strength preventing injury and having a better posture.
In this class, we will hold different poses for a certain amount of time and also use breath techniques to get you deeper into the pose, perfect to increase your flexibility
AcroYoga isn’t just about fancy, high-flying excitement. It’s about connection, creation, exploration, and most importantly, the acceptance of the trust. We will cover fundamental flying, basing and spotting techniques so you can play with confidence.
