Beginner Yoga
This class is a great choice not just if you are new to yoga but would like to know poses more in detail. How they benefit you, and how to look for the right alignment. In this class, we will take a bit more time and go step by step through the sequence.
Vinyasa Flow
This yoga practice is great for a tired body and a busy mind. Great to calm the nervous system and do a little energetic hygiene as you relieve anxiety and stress from the body.
In this class we move from one pose to the other creating a sequence and focusing to build a strong, healthy, and balanced body.
Flex & Relax
Flexibility training is an important aspect of gaining strength preventing injury and having a better posture.
In this class, we will hold different poses for a certain amount of time and also use breath techniques to get you deeper into the pose, perfect to increase your flexibility
AcroYoga
AcroYoga isn’t just about fancy, high-flying excitement. It’s about connection, creation, exploration, and most importantly, the acceptance of the trust. We will cover fundamental flying, basing and spotting techniques so you can play with confidence.
Zlata
Zlata is a certified Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Trapeze Instructor originally from Croatia. She started Yoga a few years ago after a wrist injury. She says: "I remember my first class, I was stiff, inflexible, and also did not feel good in my skin but after few weeks of yoga I started noticing changes in me and my body, I felt more energized and my back pain disappeared." Fast forward, today she made it her mission to share her passion with you!!

Sergio
Sergio is a certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor originally from Spain, but with German roots. He needed almost 10 years from his first yoga experience until he made it part of his life and one of his passions. He says: "On my third attempt, I discover not only yoga, but a new world for me called Acroyoga."
Yoga and Acro Yoga transformed completely my vision about sports, health, and the mind. Today he wants to share these lessons and passion with others to make them feel more satisfied with their bodies but as well with their lives and partners.
