5 Day AcroYoga Retreat with Hiking in Alicante

This retreat was created to help you get into your first steps into Acro yoga or even to deepening your practice. Setting fundamental techniques like flying, basing, and spotting techniques, which will help you get your basics knowledge, but also your most important steps to start off with yoga fly. So that you can play safe with others or even introduce it to your friends and family.

*20:00 - 21:00 First dinner together

*09:00 - 10:00 Breakfast

*11:00 - 12:00 Paella cooking workshop

*12:00 - 13:30 Intro into AcroYoga

*16:00 - 18:00 Silent sunset hike

-Day 3

*08:00 - 09:00 Morning gentle yoga

*09:30 - 10:30 Breakfast

*10:00 - 16:00 Free time

*16:00 - 18:00 AcroYoga workshop

*20:00 - 21:00 BBQ time

-Day 4

*07:30 - 08:30 Morning yoga

*09:00 - 10:00 Breakfast

*12:00 - 13:30 AcroYoga workshop

*16:00 - 18:00 AcroYoga workshop and a photoshoot

*20:00 - 21:00 Dinner
