About the Pose

Yout second option for Bow (clik here). If you have not tried yet the full Bow, we recommend you starting with the One Legged Bow with each side of the flyer's body, in order to get use to th emovement.

The steps are very similar to the Bow, the main difference is that as a flyer you will need to shift your weight. Keep one arm connected to your base until you find balanced.

Follow safely the instructions of the video and have fun:

❌ Don’t play alone! Help and use your partner to start in the right position.

❌ Don’t rush! Step by step until you have at least enough practice to go faster! Base: you can keep your  arms straight to increase flyer’s confidence.

❌ Don’t lose your gaze! Where you look, you tend to go, that means if you look down you will fall. Even if you have for sure a handsome / beautiful base, look forward!

❌ Don’t be passive! Base: engage your feet and point your feet (legs remain in the same place, L-shape).
